Jessica Phillibert (she/her) joined the Urban Farming Institute (UFI) in 2025, and serves as the Marketing, Events, and Membership Manager. She enjoys using storytelling to attract community support and alignment for UFI's mission to grow food and grow people. A foodie and food justice advocate, Jessica believes food should bring people together and promote health and wellbeing. She holds a Master of Gastronomy degree in World Food Cultures from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, Italy. She sits on the board of directors at Three Squares New England, where she helps to raise funds to fight food insecurity, and is also a member of the Food and Farm Policy Team at Slow Food USA, where she advocates for justice in federal food legislation. When she isn't at work, she enjoys travel, connecting with nature, and practicing gratitude for the simple pleasures of life.
